I had a fantastic time at The Sagamore! The location was spot-on, right on the beach and super close to everything. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, but I did have to deal with some noise from a neighboring hotel. Overall, it was a great vacation experience.

I had high expectations for The Sagamore, especially since I had enjoyed a great stay a few years ago. unfortunately, this time, my experience was marred by numerous issues. While the location is excellent, right in the heart of South Beach and close to everything, the room had major cleanliness and maintenance problems. The staff was friendly, but the service often felt lacking, making me question whether I'll return to this hotel again.

The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette that includes a fridge and microwave. but mine was in desperate need of a makeover. There were cleanliness issues, including hairs on the shower wall and a cockroach under the dining table that really disgusted me.

The pool area was definitely a highlight, offering a wonderful atmosphere despite some weekend noise from pool parties.
